Air Solutions is a Stamford, CT based Heating and Air Conditioning Company that has been servicing the Fairfield county area with heating and air conditioning solutions since 1999 and most currently expanded its service to include propane. Air Solutions is owned by Tim Dicamillo and John Perri, but is run efficiently daily with its 40 plus employees.

Tim DiCamillo is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology. He graduated in June of 1990 with a Master of Architecture degree. Prior, Tim attended Sacred Heart University and pursued a major in business. Upon graduation from the New York Institute of Technology, Tim obtained a position as a mechanical engineer with a local HVAC company. At this time, Tim developed his skills and knowledge of the HVAC industry.

John Perri was involved in the HVAC industry since 1984 when he graduated from The Technical Career Institute. From that time forward, John was involved in all aspects of the HVAC industry, demonstrating his high regards to quality and customer service. John obtained his D2 license with the state of Connecticut and two years later obtained his S2, unlimited contractors license. He then proceed to obtain his S1 contractors license with the state, allowing him to work on his own. It was after this time John developed a small personal business, which he pursued nights and weekends based on his ridged standards for quality service. This small business became the foundation for Air Solutions.

Together on April 1, 1999, Tim DiCamillo and John Perri founded Air Solutions, Inc., a company based on superior quality work for their customers. Today Air Solutions is structured where Tim directs the sales and engineering team that now employees professionals in addition to Tim. John continues to direct the service and installation teams, he demonstrates his interest in customer service and new installations but with the growth in sales the need arose for a high quality operations manager to help meet the customer’s needs.

Air Solutions was very fortunate in 2004 to hire John Albero. John has 30 years experience in HVAC operations he directs all the service and installation teams within the company. Air Solutions has come a long way from the original two employees in 1999.

Air Solutions currently employs an excess of 40 employees, ranging from service technicians to sheet metal mechanics, to office staff. The goal of company was and always will be to provide a quality job; this has always set the standard for Air Solutions.

Currently Air Solutions requires that every service and sheet metal technician be licensed and also participates in the HVAC apprenticeship program with the state of Connecticut. Air Solutions also requires all of their service technicians to obtain a NATE certification as well. NATE is the North American Technician Excellence, Inc. is the leading certification program for technicians in the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) industry and is the only test supported by the entire industry.

It was a natural progression for Air Solutions, who has always serviced gas and propane systems to include the delivery of propane. Air Solutions is now truly a FULL SERVICE company.
